TERMS OF USE

1. Purpose and acceptance
The site allows users to create profiles, publish content, take part in discussions and use messaging. Use of the site implies acceptance of these terms of use.

2. Access and accounts
The service is free of charge, excluding internet connection costs. Some features require an account. Each member is responsible for their login credentials and the information they publish.

3. Routes and map data
The Routes feature is optional. After explicit consent, it sends the starting-point and destination coordinates to the public FOSSGIS / OSRM service to calculate a driving or walking route.
OpenStreetMap data are used under the ODbL licence with attribution. The service does not guarantee the availability or accuracy of a route.

4. Published content
Each user remains responsible for their text, images, links, advertisements and messages. Content that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, violent, discriminatory or infringes third-party rights is prohibited.

5. Hosting role and moderation
The publisher acts as a hosting provider for content published by members and may promptly remove manifestly unlawful content following a report.

6. Personal data
The data necessary to operate accounts, messaging and security are processed in accordance with the GDPR privacy policy available on the site.

7. Classified ads and meetings
Kestufela is a technical intermediary. Users alone are responsible for their advertisements, transactions, contacts and meetings. Users are advised not to disclose sensitive data and to choose public places for a first meeting.

8. Changes and applicable law
These terms of use may change. They are governed by French law.
