2. Data processed
The site may process account and profile data, published content, private messages, technical connection data and browsing preferences necessary for the service.

3. Purposes and legal bases
These data are used to operate accounts and community services, ensure security, carry out moderation and comply with legal obligations. Depending on the processing activity, the legal basis is performance of the service, consent, legitimate interest or a legal obligation.

4. FOSSGIS / OSRM routes
Route calculation is optional and takes place only after an explicit action and consent. The coordinates of the current location and the selected destination are sent to FOSSGIS / OSRM to calculate a driving or walking route.
Consent is stored locally in the browser for twelve months and can be withdrawn in the Routes window. Kestufela does not retain a route history. OpenStreetMap maps and data are attributed in accordance with the ODbL licence.

5. Recipients and retention
The data are accessible to the data controller and the hosting provider for technical purposes. FOSSGIS / OSRM receives route coordinates only when the user voluntarily uses that feature.
Account data are kept while the account is active; content and messages are kept according to the service rules or until they are deleted.

6. Cookies
Functional cookies provide, in particular, sessions, security and preferences. Audience-measurement cookies are subject to consent where required.

7. Rights
Users have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. They may contact the publisher at the address above and lodge a complaint with the CNIL if necessary.
